FAMILY CHILDCARE ASSOCIATION INSTILLING TOLERANCE & HOPE
We are an association of family child care (FCC) educators who value and invest in home-based providers. As a team of FCC educators, we empower other providers, families, and students to achieve their full potential. We believe that in-home educators are key to providing all students with access to high-quality, equitable, and inclusive learning opportunities. As an organization, F.A.I.T.H. strives to be a strong voice for early child care teachers, advocating for their business, professional rights and responsibilities, and working collaboratively with all stakeholders to create a better future for FCC educators.

Our Mission
Our mission is to establish for Home Based Providers, a prominent group which collaborates with other legislation and organizations to elevate the power of elite early child care educators within the comfort, safety, and securement of their program.

Our vision as an association for Family Child care Educators is to create a space that empowers both teachers and students to achieve their full potential. We envision an association of FCC educators that values and invests in their business, providing all students with access to high-quality, equitable, and inclusive learning opportunities.

STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT
As a member of the Family Childcare Association Instilling Tolerance & Hope (F.A.I.T.H.), we are committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children. We understand that the early years of a child's life are critical to their development, and we are dedicated to creating a safe. nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes their growth and learning.

We pledge to stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and to continually improve our skills and knowledge in this field. We work collaboratively with other members of F.A.I.T.H. to share ideas and resources and to support each other in our efforts to provide excellent care for children.

We recognize the importance of building strong relationships with families and will strive to communicate effectively with parents and guardians and involve them in their child's education and care. We will also respect the culture and individual differences of all children and families, and work to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.

Above all, F.A.I.T.H. is committed to providing children with the best possible start in life and making a positive impact on their lives and the communities in which they live.
